How to give access to Shopware

After you have signed up with Actenzo, you will need to give access to our integration specialists so we can start configuring your feed.

Create a Role for our account

1. Log in into your Shopware account
2. Click on Settings > System tab > Users & permissions

1. Under Roles section click on Create Role
   1. Name: Actenzo
   2. Select the following permissions for All

Click on Save

2. Create a new admin user account

1. Log in into your Shopware account
2. Click on Settings > System tab > Users & permissions
3. Under Users section click on Create New User
   1. First name: Actenzo
   2. Last Name: Specialist
   3. Email address: admin.access@actenzo.com
   4. User name: Actenzo-Specialist
   5. Set password
   6. From Roles drop down menu select Actenzo
4. Click Save

3. Create API key

1. Log in into your Shopware account
2. Click on Settings > System tab > Integration
3. Click on Add Integration

4. 

   1. Name: Actenzo
   2. Roles: Actenzo (the one you just created)
5. Note: Make note of the Access key ID and Secret access key
6. Click on Save integration

Once access has been granted, please let us know so and send us the credentials so we can move forward.
