1. Create an account
Log in to your PrestaShop
On sideba,r select: Configure - Advanced Parameters > Team
Click on the "Profiles" tab
Click on the button 'Add new profile'
Name: Actenzo
Click on the Save button
Click on the "Permissions" tab
Click on the Actenzo profile
Select the following permissions:
Click on "Employees" tab
Click on the button 'Add new employee'
On tabs, select Employees, fill the form,
First name: Actenzo
Last name: Specialist
for Email Address: admin.access@actenzo.com
for 'Permission profile' select 'Actenzo' (the one you just created)
*Please make note of the password you created because you will need it later!
Click on the button Save
2. PrestaShop API access:
- Login on <presta_admin>
- On sidebar select: Configure - Advanced Parameters > Webservice
- First, enable PrestaShop’s webservice
- Then click on ‘Save’ button - At the end click on ‘Add new webservice key’ to create an API key

Fill out the form, Permissions select the rows in the table as in the screenshots below:
1) First click on ‘Generate’ button to create random API key
2) Then enter the name of who it is for
3) Check if webservice key is enabled
4) Follow the picture what it is needed to be checked for API access
5) On the end click on ‘Save’ button
- Click on the button Save
3. API keys
When you save the new webservice key, you will be returned to the Webservice main page. You will see the needed access key to integrate your API with PrestaShop.
4. Preparing the email for Actenzo
Once all the necessary setup steps are completed, please send us an email containing the following details:
- The admin URL of the webshop
- The password required to access the admin area
- The API key for integration purposes
