Log into Actenzo Dashboard here
On the left panel click on Orders > Status overview
Click on an order that is on exception
In the "Order History" check for the message "Product {Name of the product} has insufficient stock (2 ordered, only 0 in stock)"
This means that you don't have enough items in the stock. Once you refill it in your webhsop we will pull the changes and process the order.
NOTE: You need to act in 5 days since the order is made because after that period we will stop syncing the order and you need to process this manually.
