Log into Actenzo Dashboard here
On the left panel click on Orders > Status overview
Click on an order that is on exception
In the "Order History" check for the message "Product {Name of the product} with id VD-XXXX not found"
You need to find that product on the left panel on Product Feeds > Status overview and search
You will see the product in the list
Copy and send to your "contact person" from Vivino the "Product id in the feed" and request to change VD-XXXX with this product ID
The reason for this is that when you create a promotion deal with Vivino, they generate a new product with a product ID in the format VD-XXXX. Because of this, we are unable to sync the orders. Once Vivino updates the product ID to match the one in our feed, we will resync the order and confirm it.
