Order details

The Order Details page provides comprehensive information about each order. Here, you can view the status of the order and delivery, the date and time of creation, and the synchronization details for both the order and delivery. You can also see the entire history of status changes and updates. Additionally, you can view the products ordered, their prices, quantities, and the total order value. This data is particularly useful when there are synchronization issues with the order or delivery. On this page, you can identify potential causes for any synchronization problems with the web shop or sales channel.

On the Order details page, you can find the following information:

1. Order: There are: Order and Order History. Next to the title, there is an icon of sales channel and the current status. In addition to that information, you can see:

1. • Channel order number:
     Order number of channel with external link to the back end order in the sales channel.
   • Web shop order number:
     Order number of web shop with external link to the back end order in the web shop.
   • Order date:
     The date and time when the order was created.
   • Order sync date:
     The date and time when the order was synchronized.
   • Order History:
     A chronological overview of all processes related to order synchronization.
     
     
2. Shipment:
   There are: Shipment and Shipping History. Next to the title, there is an current status. In addition to that information, you can see:
   • Tracking number:
     Tracking number with which the customer can track the status of the shipment with external link.
   • Shipment created:
     The date and time when the shipment was created.
   • Track&Trace synced:
     The date and time when the shipment was synchronized.
   • Shipped:
     The date and time when the shipment was shipped.
   • Delivered:
     The date and time when the shipment was delivered to customer.
   • Shipping History:
     A chronological overview of all processes related to shipment synchronization.
     
     
3. Product(s):
   The list of all products in the order is displayed as a table. Additionally, you can see the Quantity Total above the table and the Order Total below the table.

Types of columns in the table: 

• • Brand:
    Product Brand.
  • Product:
    Product Name.
  • Qty:
    Number of ordered items.
  • Price:
    Product Price per ordered item.
  • Total:
    Total price for all ordered items
  • Note:
    Additional information.
  • Product:
    Link to the back end product page in the web shop.
