This step gives Actenzo permission to publish and update your listings on your eBay account. You can do it as soon as your eBay subscription in Actenzo is active.
- Sign in to your Actenzo Merchant Dashboard at dashboard.actenzo.com.
- On the home page, find the Connection status: block and select Connect eBay.
- You are taken to eBay. Sign in with the eBay account you use for selling.
- eBay shows which access Actenzo is requesting. Confirm the request on this page.
- You are returned to Actenzo, where the connection is completed.
Tips
- Complete the connection within 10 minutes of selecting Connect eBay. If it takes longer, or if the connection does not complete, go back to the Merchant Dashboard and select Connect eBay again. Reloading the eBay page does not restart the connection.
- Sign in with the same eBay account you set up for selling. If you have more than one eBay account, check which account you are signed in to before you confirm.
