Step-by-Step Order Handling Instructions between your webshop and Vivino

1. Create the Order in your webshop
   Reproduce the order exactly as it appears on Vivino. Ensure all product details, quantities, customer information, and pricing match precisely.
2. Confirm the order in the Vivino dashboard
   Copy and save the order number from your webshop system in the Internal Reference field in the Vivino dashboard, and click the button to confirm the order
3. Fulfill the Order in your webshop
   Once the order is created, proceed with fulfillment as you normally would, prepare the items for shipment, and initiate the delivery process.
4. Update the Order in the Vivino dashboard
   After the order has been fulfilled in your webshop:
   • Enter the tracking number
   • Select the shipping carrier
   • Mark the order as shipped

This ensures the customer receives timely updates and the order is properly tracked on both platforms.
