Actenzo ensures your stock levels are always up to date by knowing when product feeds are synchronized by each marketplace. Here, you can see information related to the retrieval of the product feed by the sales channel, such as the date and time when the feed was retrieved, whether the feed retrieval was successful or not, how many products were in the feed, and from which IP address the feed was retrieved.
The primary purpose of this page is to provide merchants with an overview of when the feed was last retrieved by the sales channel and to enable chronological tracking of changes or issues (if any). The product feed is generated every 1-2 hours (depending on the number of products in the feed), so changes may not be visible on the sales channel in real time. You can find more information here.
First, you need to select each sales channel individually to get product data for it.
The section with graphs shows how many times the feed was retrieved on a daily (hourly) or monthly (daily) basis. This section consists of two parts: Last 24h and Last 30 days.
