Upon successful login, the first page you will encounter is the Merchant Dashboard home page. This page provides an overview of the most critical information related to products, orders, and sales. It also includes filtering options, allowing you to view information specific to a particular sales channel or time period.
On the home page, you can find the following information:
- Filters:
Selected filters display information divided into 4 areas, each shown as a separate card: Products, Retrieval Overview, Order Feed, and Shipping Feed.
Types of filters:
- Channel:
You can select one of the sales channels to which you are subscribed. All data displayed will relate to the selected channel. - Start date:
The beginning of the time period for which data is to be displayed. - End date:
The end of the time period for which data is to be displayed.
2. Info cards:
There are a total of 4: Products, Retrieval Overview, Order Feed, and Shipping Feed. Next to the title, there is an icon that can be in different color, and the color indicates the current status. The colors can be:

- Green: SUCCESS
- Yellow: WARNING
- Red: ERROR
- Gray: UNKNOWN

Each card displays a specific group of information:
- Products:
As the name suggests, here you can see information related to product synchronization:

- Number of products: The total number of products, without filtering.
- Last generated feed: The date and time when the product feed was last created.
- Skipped products: The number of products that were skipped when creating the product feed. By clicking on the “Go to skipped products” button, you will be taken to a page where all the skipped products are listed (with the reason why they were skipped). You can find more information here.
- Retrieval overview:
This card shows information related to the retrieval of the product feed by the sales channel:

- Last retrieval: The date and time when the product feed was retrieved by the sales channel.
- Feed: The date and time when the product feed was created.
- Total products: The total number of products in the product feed.
- Order feed:
Here you can find information related to order synchronization, the total number of orders, as well as the number of orders that were not successfully synchronized:

- Last sync: The date and time when the last order synchronization was completed.
- Total number of orders: The total number of orders, without filtering.
- Number of exceptions: The total number of orders that were not successfully synchronized. By clicking on the “Go to exceptions” button, you will be redirected to a page listing all orders that were not successfully synchronized.
- Shipping feed:
This card shows the statuses related to the delivery of the ordered product:

Number of shipped orders:
The total number of orders that have been shipped. -
Number of delivery failures:
The total number of orders that have not been delivered. By clicking on the “Go to delivery failures” button, you will be redirected to a page listing all orders that were not successfully delivered.

3. Charts:
This section consists of two parts: Orders and Sales. Each chart has identical filters that display data for a specific time period, namely: 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, 1 year and ytd (YTD = the period beginning on the first day of the current calendar year or fiscal year up to the current date).
