Pricing & Offers: Dashboard

In the Merchant dashboard, you can set specific price rules and promotions for each marketplace. Moreover, you can create specific offers for full cases of wine (3, 6 or 12 bottles) to optimize your logistics handling. You can adjust your commercial offering for each channel.

To successfully use this module, you need to be familiar with the following rules:

1. For single-bottle offerings, all Pricing & Offer options are available. For offerings that consist of multiple bottles, only an adjusted channel price is allowed.
2. Click on the “Save” icon to store the Pricing & Offer settings you have defined for a product.
3. Click on the “Delete” icon to remove all Pricing & Offer settings for that specific product.
4. You can also create Pricing & Offer settings in Excel through the Bulk Upload menu (If you have a large number of products, we recommend trying Bulk Upload. You can find more information here).

On the Pricing & Offer Dashboard page, you can find:

1. Filters and Search:
   This section contains various filters, product search and a button to save all changes on the current page:
   • Channel:
     You can select one of the sales channels to which you are subscribed. All data displayed will relate to the selected channel.
   • Search:
     Start a search for a specific product. You can search by Product Name or Product ID.
   • Show only products with Price & Offer value:
     Filter for displaying only products with added Price & Offer value.
   • Save all changes:
     By pressing the button, you can save all changes you have made on the current page.
     
     
2. Product List:
   The list of all products is displayed as a table. This table shows information related to the products of the product feed by the sales channel. Types of columns in the table:
   • Exclude Brand:
     This option excludes a product from the feed. Switch this on and save changes; the product will be excluded from the feed with the next product synchronization.
   • Product:
     Product Name.
   • Bottle Size:
     Bottle Volume measured in ml.
   • Shop Offer Qty:
     Number of Wine Bottles if sold as a Case, the standard value is 1 bottle.
   • Shop Price:
     The price we pull from your webshop.
   • Channel Price:
     The price for a single bottle is shown on the sales channel.
   • Price per Bottle in Cases of 3, 6, 12:
     You can add a price for a single bottle in a case (e.g., if a case of 6 is 60 euros, you will input 10 euros per bottle).
   • Price per Bottle in Tier from 3, 6, 12:
     This is when you want to give a discount “The more you buy, the lower the price”.
   • Min Qty:
     Set the minimum quantity to sell on sales channel. Only offer cases (if you switch this on, you need to add prices for cases, it is up to you if you add prices for 3, 6, 12, and wine with this feature on will be sold only as a case and not as a single bottle).
   • Save:
     Click on the “Save” icon to store the Pricing & Offer settings you have defined for a product.
   • Remove:
     Click on the “Delete” icon to remove all Pricing & Offer settings for that specific product.

Example:

For Portium Cava Rosé - an individual bottle will be offered on Vivino for €10.00 instead €12.50 per bottle.

For Clos Montblanc Cava Rosé N.V will be offered on Vivino as a case of 6 only, for the price of €13.00  per bottle instead €14.5.
