How to set discount and case prices - Pricing Dashboard

With the pricing module of Actenzo, you can adjust your web shop prices for each platform Actenzo is connecting you with.

In the Actenzo Merchant dashboard, navigate to the Pricing & Offiers > Dashboard tab.

Look up the product you want to re-price by using the search box:

1. Shop price – the price we pull from your webshop
2. Channel price – price for a single bottle shown on Vivino
3. Price per bottle in case of X (where X is the number of bottles) – you can add a price for a single bottle in a case (ex. case of 6 is 60euro, you will input 10euro per bottle)
4. Price per bottle in tier of X (where X is the number of bottles) – this is when you want to give a discount “The more you buy, the price is lower”
5. Min QTY – set minimum quantity to sell on Vivino
6. Only offer cases – if you switch this ON you need to add prices for cases (it is up to you if you add prices for 3,6,12) and wine with this feature on will be sold only as a case and not a single bottle.

Press “Save” to store the adjusted prices.  With the next feed retrieval, your adjusted prices will become visible on the selected platform.

In the example below,

For Portium Cava Rosé - an individual bottle will be offered on Vivino for €10.00 instead €12.50 per bottle

For Clos Montblanc Cava Rosé N.V will be offered on Vivino as a case of 6 only, for the price of €13.00  per bottle instead €14.50
